Returns and complaints

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return a Product purchased from www.zest-world.com within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
  
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear statement to the following address: support@zest-world.com
• The withdrawal form available on the website may be used, but this is not mandatory.

2. CONTENT OF THE WITHDRAWAL STATEMENT

We recommend that the withdrawal statement includes the following information:

• Customer’s full name,
• address,
• order number,
• date of receipt of the Product,
• a statement of withdrawal from the contract,
• bank account number if payment was made by bank transfer.

3. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS

The returned Product should:

• be complete, undamaged, and unused,
• be free from odors, stains, or signs of washing,
• have the original tags attached,
• be securely packaged for transport.

The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

The Customer is required to return the Product within 14 calendar days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement.

a) Return via InPost – Convenient Returns (Poland)
The cost of return is borne by the Customer.

Instructions:

• Visit www.wygodnezwroty.pl
• Search for the store ZEST
• Complete the return form
• Select an InPost parcel locker
• Generate a return code or label
• Pack the Product and drop it off at any InPost parcel locker

b) Return at the Customer’s Own Expense – Other Method

If the Customer prefers a different shipping method, the Product may be returned via any carrier to the following address:

The Store does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

5. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT TO RETURN

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to order, including:
  
• made-to-measure garments,
  
• size, length, or construction modifications made at the Customer’s request,
• Products designed or personalized according to the Customer’s specifications.

6. REFUNDS

• ZEST shall refund the Customer the received payment: no later than within 14 days from receipt of the returned Product, using the same payment method as used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
• The Seller may withhold the refund until: the Product is received, or proof of return shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.
• The refund covers the payment for the Product. The cost of returning the Product is not refundable.
